If you want friendly convenient competent optometry, this is the place. Not the best diagnostic equipment but they excel at giving value and cost saving advice. I find Heitz a better value option than chain stores due to Heitz Optical's exceptionally personalized care and reasonable pricing.

I was incredibly stressed over needing to get a second pair of glasses as my RayBan smart glasses broke and were going to be sent away to be fixed. Had prepared to be spending &100-200 for backups and instead they offered a temporary pair of older frames that fit the lenses in my RayBan glasses. It was a quick frame swap for $20, super glad I went to Heinz, their solution was so much better than I could’ve hoped for. Thank you so much for the assistance. Easily my favorite place to go for all needs when it comes to glasses, lenses or contacts. They really know their field and are amazing with finding great quick and affordable solutions. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves one. Friday night, my dog destroyed my glasses. They were unfixable, and with upcoming work travel, I needed help fast. I usually go to LensCrafters, but their two-week turnaround wasn’t an option.
A friend recommended Heitz and even called the owner, who told me to come in at 8 a.m. Saturday. I met him — he confirmed my glasses couldn’t be saved but took my lenses, found a frame that fit, and had me ready in 15 minutes. No upsell, just genuine problem-solving.
