Finally gor an appt, Ordered glasses over a month ago, still not in, They are saying because they are Illinois department of public aid glasses.But yet I have had two people that I know have their glasses within a week with the same insurance but they're telling me twelve weeks. Got a contact len's exam Got a trial pair they ripped within The first two days I called back immediately and was told there wasnt a trial pair available but yet they ordered 3. Made the appointment online. Filled out a little paperwork and received my eye exam at the time of my appointment. No insurance so the cost was $114. This is not bad at all. Everyone there was courteous and professional. Would recommend.

I was on a riverboat cruise and had lost a pad on the nose piece of my glasses. I had suffered for 2 days when we arrived in Alton. I took a chance and walked into Crown Vision Center, hoping they might make a repair for a decent price. I was greeted quickly and with kindness. When I explained my problem, the young lady said " I'll repair/replace both nose pads, just give me a minute". She did it in less than five minutes and would not charge me a cent! I would definitely make this my vision center of choice. Thanks you so much for your help and Midwestern hospitality.
