Today I went to Clarkson Eyecare in Alton to pick out new frames. The staff was very helpful with picking out frames and made it fun. I have been going there for years. I receive great customer service very time.
Amazing service. I had a medical eye emergency Jan 4th on a Saturday before the big ice storm that was coming in. I called around everywhere in the area because it was either that or go to the ER where they would send me to a specialist. This office stayed 30 minutes late to make sure they could get me in and help me with my issue. I had extreme light sensitivity where I couldn't see or use my right eye unless it was pitch black. Dr Jonathan Klunk did the absolute most to help alleviate my pain. He prescribed me eye drops and they worked fast. I had a great experience at Clarkson Eyecare! Everyone was friendly, considerate, and helpful. The eye exam was thorough and detailed and professional. The doctor explained everything in a way that I understood and answered all my questions. Excellent service.
