I called about my water heater leaking, and they came out the same day! The technician thoroughly checked the issue and clearly explained my options with solution packages to replace the water heater.
I really appreciated the extra touches—they sent a text with the technician’s photo and contact info before the appointment, along with follow-up calls for scheduling.
When the technician arrived, he was friendly, professional, and even invited me or my child to watch the installation process. My son had a great time watching and learning—it turned into a mini science lesson!

There was issue with the job . They did the best that they could with what they had to work with. The owner called me to see how he could make it right. I was informed by the owner that they had limited experience hooking up sewer grinders, so I had to get someone else to do it. I already have the power ran to it , but now have to hook up the grinder.
Excellent experience. Austin was efficient & professional. Thorough investigation of the issue with suggestions on a resolution. Austin did not embody a sales person attitude, but an authentic and genuine service worker with our needs in mind. Our hopes are to continue with Cardinal Plumbing based off my experience with Austin.
