I have been going here for years and never have I had a bad experience. Dr.Erik Stabell, well what can I say bad about him...nothing. He's been my Dr. for over 25 years and he and his staff have always treated me with respect.

I personally am under Dr. Durham and my daughter is under Dr. Zenker. Dr. Zenker is wonderful, he is very to the point and a dry sense of humor. You can tell he knows what he is talking about and his office is quick with mychart messages. Dr. Durham, I have a lot of history with her at this point but it takes a while to break down those professional business-y vibe. Her office is also quick to respond to mychart messages.

I've called twice. The first time I spoke to the nicest person ever - I really wish I had gotten her name, she was simply wonderful! The second person I spoke to wasn't exactly rude but definitely did not want to be on the phone. She did her best not to hear my question, just kept saying over & over again to call my insurance. How do you know that I need to call my insurance if you don't even know what my question is..? I work in customer service. Even if you've heard the same question a hundred times, please take the time to listen before cutting someone off & passing them off to the next.
