I’m so so so happy I listened to some locals who referred me to Emma at Atlas!! I don’t live in the area and was hoping to get a few pieces done while visiting. I actually booked with someone over in stl before finding Emma and ended up canceling my other appointment and losing my deposit simply because I liked Emma’s previous artwork more. She is so easy going and patient! I’ve had a lot of “fine line” work done but after my session with Emma I feel like my previous tattoos weren’t fine line at all. Hers are so good!!!! I’m so happy with what she gave me, and she even touched an old tattoo up for me that I got in Denver and was a little insecure about, she was so happy to help make it look better for me and she did!!! I booked another appointment with her next month and cannot wait! Go to Emma at Atlas for all of your fine line needs :)
Bland's Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my sewer line. Bill is a great guy. Good communication, they arrived when they said they would, did the work flawlessly and charged a very fair price. Couldn't be happier. Will use them again in the future.
They saved me once again! Woke up this morning to a very loud, strange sound from my AC. No air was blowing through the vents. Called them as this company is my first contact when anything heating and cooling goes wrong. I received a call back and had an appointment this afternoon. They identified the problem and plan to have it up and running later this afternoon. Always professional and make me a priority. Also seen the same individual for years! Fantastic company!

I hired these guys to wash my driveway and walkways around my place. They did a great job, super professional, showed up on time and got the job done fast even with having to duck a dodge about a hundred thousand cicadas mating in the tree infront of my house. I know for a fact I'll be calling them again anytime I need anything pressure washed ever again.

I had two back surgeries in 2024 and have been going to PT since last October. Rowleena is my PT, and is great. I have also seen Stephanie, and Hailey. They are all equally great! Micheal Anthony was very gentle and kind and funny and polite respectful he did a very good job me and my husband love him we will be coming in every 2 weeks and his wife is very kind and very good at what they both do fancy nails is the go to never go to td nails they scam on price and are mean and rude we love fancy nails 100/10 recommended.

Have been to this shop many times and this time was pierced by Slade. Gave me all the options of stones for my nose piercing and offered the option to change the color of the metal to better fit my needs. He was so attentive at every step of the process. Explained everything before he made any moves, and educated me on what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was also extremely friendly and made me feel so confident! Definitely going back to get my belly button repierced!! Very good service!

These guys are amazing! I have a house in Elsah and had so many projects I needed help with. They were on time, super polite, neat, and tidy, and finished everything in a week. They put a whole new bathroom and sump pump in my basement. Every time I text to ask a question, they get back to me right away, too. I highly recommend them!

Frank’s Electric had done electrical work on the house I bought. When I had a problem with a breaker after I mover in Frank came out as soon as I called and replaced the breaker. Frank was great to work with, I would recommend his services.
Thank you Nick, Clarence and the poor guy who was allergic to my cats! I'm so sorry!!Clarence, you were absolutely awesome!!He explained everything as he went along!!My kitchen outlet worked for everything except my dishwasher. (New outlets put in by a different electrician - we won't go there) From up in the attic, Clarence could see a cluster of wires BEHIND the blue outlet box that was going to be hard to get to since my kitchen was updated recently and the new backsplash made the job more difficult because it had a little overhang on the blue box. Clarence was not giving up on me! He found a wire in the cluster that the other electrician failed to attach to the outlet. He fixed everything and my dishwasher is working again!!I had at least 4 people (including the other electrician) tell me the problem was my breaker box and I needed to replace it. Nick and Clarence both checked it and told me the breaker box was fine and the problem was most likely in the outlet and they were right.

I had a great first visit at Chapel and Keller Dentistry! Dr. Keller was so kind and thorough, and his assistant Ashley made me feel completely at ease. Candida is the best hygienist I’ve ever had—she explained everything, checked in often, and was so sweet. I’ve never liked going to the dentist, but this team changed that. Kayla at the front desk and the rest of the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. It is also a beautiful office! Can’t say enough good things about them!

A few weeks ago I called to get Ameretto, our 14.5 yr old min pin in to see Dr. Formea and was told he’s on an unexpected leave of absence and to say prayers for him. We did see Dr. Maag and he was good with her and helped me make the decision to do pain management. I asked Dr. Maag to please let Dr. Formea know about her and he said he would. I had to make a tough decision to let her go and when I made the call to the office and asked if Dr. Formea could do this for me, he was still out so we had Dr. Maag assist us with her passing. The experience this time was different as we didn’t see Dr. Maag until he gave her the last shot where when I had this tough decision a few years back, Dr. Formea was there with me making sure both myself and Jack (my chihuahua)were ok. I want to thank Will and Linesse (I’m sure I spelled this wrong) for their compassion and hugs during this difficult time and I only hope that Dr. Formea and Lorie see my post and that you both know that Ameretto was given the best care by both of you and your staff over the years. The pictures are of her and Bailey having their last breakfast together and the one by herself was the last time she laid in my office while I worked. May God answer my prayers and watch over Dr. Formea and his staff in this difficult time and I do hope to see him back in the clinic soon.
I switched over here bc I was told they cared more about the pet and weren't money hungry like Banfield. My referral person was right. I'd rate the 5 stars if they were more prepared to the visit though. I spent weeks gathering records, and they were supposed to look at it prior to the visit. This didn't happen, but they were accommodating with keeping my lil one out of a cage during a drop off I wasn't comfortable with.
Had our 2 dogs groomed here today,they look great, staff were very friendly and professional, pricing was very reasonable the facility was clean and tidy, we will most definitely be returning for future grooming, both dogs were relaxed and settled when we arrived to pick them up so they obviously felt comfortable there which is very important.I highly recommend this facility for your dog grooming needs .
