She is meticulous, caring, and informative throughout the process. As much as I know my desires for enhancement, I fully trust her opinion. Hala is very thorough, and thoughtful when working with her clients age ensuring she's careful with their sensitivities and skincare needs. I got a custom facial and it was my first time having dermaplaning done, amazing job by her, my skin felt amazing after the whole facial and her massage skills are very intentional and relieve lots of tightness in the face and shoulders! My first time here (won't be my last either , definitely coming back) and as soon as I walked in I was treated like I was a regular. There's great customer service than there is Hiz service. As someone that's worked in the restaurant industry for 20 plus year I take customer service seriously. Besides being treated like a millionaire Candice did a beyond great job. Candice not only did a great job she just made me feel great Sharon the owner is just flat out a great human being , I understand the business aspect of it but I feel she went over and beyond to make me feel welcomed.
