Genaro, the Tech was professional and pleasant to work with (second time). He took the time to explain what he was inspecting and why it needs to be inspected. Had a question on my sump pump he gave advice on. Can't go wrong with CBI for your annual backflow inspection.

We had a sudden issue with at our business one of our pieces of equipment during operating hours. I called CBI and they had a technician on the job within an hour. It was necessary for the water to be shut down for the entire facility. The CBI technician diagnosed and had the water back on within an hour. We thank the CBI team for having such a professional and caring work ethic.
