When I called Andy and spoke to him about our pest problem, before even meeting him or setting up an appointment, he listened carefully to what was happening and gave me great feedback from the start. Andy did a fantastic job getting rid of the mice and apparently chipmunks we had in our basement. My biggest worry was my dog getting into the traps. Andy set everything up so my dog would be safe inside and outside of our home. He was so friendly and professional and made the whole thing half of the headache it could have been. I would definitely recommend to friends and family
The owner is a nice guy, explained the whole process in detail. Answered my questions. And showed up right away to take care of my ant problem. They did a thorough job spraying the whole house inside and out as well as my windows. He also explained his warranty if the ants don't go away he will come back and spray again. Great customer service.
