I had a new stylist and I loved her! Totally forget her name but she knew so much about my curls, and did my cut more evenly than i've had in a while. We used the check in online option and were taken back immediately. Love this shop!

I've been coming to Great Clips - Lake in the Hills - for a long time! With the ability to check in on line and see the wait time, it's very convenient. More importantly, everyone is welcoming and has a great rapport with the established and new clients.

Margaret did such a great job with a kid's haircut for my squirmy 2.5 year old son on June 9th that I returned for another kid's haircut for my shy six year old daughter on June 14th. It was time (see photo)! Child hair cuts are not easy. Margaret approached the children with a non-intimidating, gentle presence. When they balled their eyes out over sitting on the booster, Margaret remained flexible by allowing my kids to sit on dad's lap so they wouldn't be as scared by strangers, scissors, and the new environment.
