Prices are reasonable, look for coupons. There is sometimes a $12.99 coupon on Facebook. I remember when prices were $9.99 for a haircut, but prices have risen drastically over the past 2-3 years. The staff are friendly and do a decent job.
This particular Great Clips on East Algonquin Road in Algonquin, Illinois, is very good and cosmetologist VICKY in particular is kind, caring, helpful, present, and listens. She heard what I wanted, made good suggestions, and delivered. The best haircut and beard and eyebrow trim I've had in a very longtime.
Fran did a great job as always. I love that location because no matter who cuts my hair, it's always sharp and I could pay twice the price somewhere else but why would anyone do that? For a squirt of shampoo and a massage that's never long enough? I'll pass. I love my Great Clips!
