I’ve been looking for a floor installation company for a couple of months. Found Flooring installation Inc., online and read many of the reviews. Alex and Jay lived up to the consistent 5 star reviews. The attention to detail is superior. Absolutely incredible craftsmanship. Alex communicated with me every step of the way from proposal to installation. I am very impressed with the work. For a total kitchen rebuild, our builder engaged Alex & team for floor, drywall, tile installation and painting. This rebuild included incorporating the adjacent but underused dining room into the new kitchen.Floors: the old rooms had oak flooring, but the oak was not present where old cabinets had stood. Alex & team provided the missing wood, then stripped/refinished it all, resulting in a perfect new floor.Drywall: patching was needed where electrical work opened the walls, and where the removed wall had stood (including the ceiling).Tile: backsplash is glass subway tile, a difficult material to work with. Alex and his team are amazing! He first installed tile flooring on the main floor, tile in two bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash. The workmanship is superb. He and his team understood exactly what we wanted and communicated throughout the process. We were so pleased with the first job he did for us there was no question he would be the one to come back when we needed another bathroom tiled. His attention to detail sets his work apart from all the others.
