Visited this store for flooring samples to match existing flooring. Was helped by Ashton. He was such a great help. After picking flooring the next evening, Ashton was there and ready to help. Even when I called to ask questions, Ashton remembered us and knew exactly what we needed. The people are so friendly and kind. Ashton was all of that and patient while we viewed many samples and learned about certain floors. Hope your visit is as great as ours!! Would definitely go back ?

I have been to a few locations for floor and decor,but this location has truly been the best. The customer service here has been exceptional, specially from Leyna who helped us out with our returns and made sure we got it done smoothly.

It’s my first time putting up backsplash tiles and needed advice on grout and tile adhesive. Lukasz was very nice and took the time to explain all the products required for the project and provided good tips. Great customer service. Thank you!
