Special shout out to Elmer for being so courteous! The team was efficient and went above and beyond to take great care of our belongings and make sure it got to us in pristine condition. I am so thankful I worked with Encore for my move. I moved from Chicago to the metro Detroit area. It was a stressful situation that was made easier by their professionalism and great communication. From the wonderful woman at dispatch (Allison) to the driver/delivery guys (Paul), I knew what to expect from scheduling my pick up to receiving my items.

Amazing company with super helpful employees. Honest, true, efficient and take really good care of the customer and their belongings!!
We went through a broker (hind sight 20/20, do not do that and just go straight to these guys at Encore) and had had A LOT of issue with false promises, price changes and changing dates last minute. The only good thing this broker did was bring us Encore moving.
David and his team of movers efficiently and quickly packaged all our things expertly and he was very honest about next steps regarding delivery of our things.
