Staff is very kind and they also are very patient. My son has hated haircuts for the longest time but when we started coming here he adjusted quickly and is a lot more comfortable getting haircuts. They entertain kids and also explain what they are doing if a kid is nervous about what is going on!
I can not speak highly enough about our experience at Cookie Cutters. As any parent, my husband and I were a tad bit nervous about going in for our son’s first haircut, especially with him only being 7 months old; but he definitely needed it! The minute we walked in we felt welcomed despite the fact we were running a bit late to our appointment because of traffic. Katie was PHENOMENAL!!!! We did the “first haircut” package and were beyond happy with the outcome! Katie explained the whole process before starting, asked what style we were going for and we just went for a “boy cut” just to clean up his hair a bit. Always happy with Cookie cutters. Very kind and patient with my one and a half year old kid. Helen did an amazing job interacting with him and she made him feel so happy and comfortable with all the tools she was using. I highly recommend asking for Helen, and we will be returning to see her!
