My daughter started renting a viola from them in 5th grade, and just graduated high school. She was able to size up when needed, and they promptly took care of any issue with the instrument (although there was rarely a problem). With their rent to own program, my daughter was able to pick out a beautiful instrument upon returning her rental. The staff there was so patient and helped her try a variety of violas, bows, and cases. They didn’t rush her into making a decision, and talked us through the different options. I would recommend anyone looking to rent an instrument for their child to consider Cassandra Strings. It was an excellent experience.

Wonderful experience with the staff at Cassandra Strings! They were so knowledgeable about flutes and even with our need for a specific kind of flute. Customer service was prompt and personal.

Great online ordering experience from Cassandra Strings. We ordered a bass case for our daughter to be shipped to our house out of state. We were contacted the next day to notify us that they had just run out of stock of that particular item, but rather than canceling our order and refunding us, they offered a substitute product that was better than what we had ordered, at no additional cost. Entire transaction took less than a week. Will definitely shop here again.
