I have a disabled sister who had lost / broken her dentures. After reading some reviews I decided to go in with her for a consult for new dentures. They were extremely patient and informative with her always explaining what they were doing. They took the time to be sure they fit her mouth well and looked natural. They were conscious of our budget and worked with us to get her a great set for an affordable price. Everyone in the office was wonderful and I would highly recommend them.
So far my family has had a great experience at the Algonquin location with pricing treatment scheduling, and the customer service has been outstanding. I feel every person there goes above and beyond in every way.
I had an implant done at another Affordable Dentures and Implants (ADI). The doctor I saw was no longer and no replacement was named. My implant cracked in half. Along with pain, the office referred me to the Algonquin office as they specialized in fixed implants.Dr. Omer and her staff were very professional and friendly beginning with the receptionist , Amy. They actually were waiting for me to arrive. Dr Omer was honest about the implant, not being able to be repaired and I would need to get a new one.
