You just want to trust that the work will be done professionally and your charged appropriately. It was time for a new water heater, Matt came over on time, explained the process, provided a quote based on the the work to be done. We ran into a few hiccups but he clearly explained (and showed me) what he would be doing to correct the issue. I trust Matt with my plumbing, this was the 2nd time I've had him over and have already scheduled him for work to be done on my ejector pump.

Matt had a horrible Monday with a difficult issue under our kitchen sink that broke some of his tools. He stuck it out and I ran out to the store to buy another disposal. In the end he got it done and he was great to work with. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Matt went above and beyond by persistently coming out until the problem was fixed!!! He even came out on his birthday and his own time to make sure that my tub was draining and there was no leaking. He was friendly professional and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend Matt to my friends and family for future plumbing services. Thank you Matt!!!
