1st Choice has been amazing! Amy was wonderful and helped me through my lower back joint pain. I went in not knowing what was going on and she immediately knew what to do and gave me a lot of info on what was actually happening me, and created a phenomenal treatment plan for me that worked all the way through. I do a lot of lifting for a job and my pain was debilitating, something I never knew how to fix, until I went here. They made me feel confident in my own body again and I’m able to go out and enjoy the things I want to without the burden of accidentally hurting myself again. Amy is the best physical therapist that I’ve had the opportunity to receive care from. She genuinely cares about you as a person and also really takes personal responsibility for your progress. She uses special unique techniques and tries different things to customize your wellness program. She takes the time needed with you . The personal attention and one on one interaction far exceeds the large chains that rotate among 4 clients at a time and forget to check back with you. I will definitely be back when I need to utilize any additional PT.Her assistant, Kim is very caring and friendly, a true asset to the practice.

I just want to thank 1st Choice Physical Therapy for there services that they provide for me.I have been going on and off for many years for different reasons for PT,and my Therapist is Jodi. She is so amazing!!!I have gone to different locations for PT before, come to find out that what I was shown to do for a injury was completely wrong, until I met Jodi who actually showed me everything the right way and hands on,and stays with you to make sure you get it right. She has been so knowledgeable with my areas of injuries, that I have never 2nd guessed my progress on how long it does take to find relief and get back to yourself again.
