Called Complete for a system estimate after another company told us our unit was a total loss. They arrived promptly and began working up the estimate, but also took the extra step of verifying the other company’s diagnosis. Good thing they did. It turned out to be just a capacitor. The other company clearly thought they could take advantage of us being a multi-site business with operations based elsewhere. Complete could have easily pushed a new system on us, but instead they were honest and put the customer first saving us thousands. I highly recommend Complete for both home and business. Their integrity speaks for itself.
