I was unable to have my fireplace serviced by Wiegeman due to my particular model, but I spoke with Lauren over the phone and she helped me with some other options I might use and certainly did not need to take the time to do that. I wish I could have worked with them, it seems like an honest company!
Wiegmann's is an outstanding company. We bought a new wood burning fire place insert from them. They just finished the installation and did an outstanding job. They even started the first fire to ensure it was working properly!! Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. They keep you informed of everything along the way. I highly recommend them!!
I bought a duplex that had a builders grade gas fireplace. That is really ugly. I was planning on removing it, but the basement is very cold.I thought if the fireplace works, maybe that would take the chill out of the air. Come to find out the fireplace had barely been used and was in good condition! Luis showed me how to use it, and it wasn’t a huge cost factor! I now have a warm basement!
