“My experience with NRG from start to finish with the repair and restoration of our 100 year old house from hail and storm damage (from April 2023 thunderstorms) was absolutely fantastic. Their expertise and knowledge working on older homes, with lots of hidden issues that could only be assessed as the removal and demolition of damaged roofing and siding, was an absolute key to the successful outcome of our homeowner’s insurance covered repair project. NRG took the time to thoroughly explain issues as they came up and worked plans with us to upgrade the reconstruction and materials. The biggest benefit for us was the option to go with a new siding material (Hardie Board) to replace and upgrade the aluminum siding on the entire house. NRG worked hand in hand with our Public Adjustor making sure we were covered every step of the process to get the most from insurance while allowing us to make the upgrades we wanted in the rebuild.
I am amazed at NRG’s ability to work on short notice and tight time tables to reduce the impact of numerous insurance company delays throughout the process. NRG consistently did what they said they would do when they said they would do it-despite the numerous and long delays out of their control. Without NRG as our general contractor on the restoration, this likely would have been a nightmare 2 year experience for us; instead of the wonderful experience with the great outcome we had in the restoration of our home.
We were very fortunate to have Justin Choi and the whole team at NRG working as our general contractor. They are thorough, dedicated, honest and absolutely a pleasure to work with. There was never a time we felt ignored or forgotten over the 2 years it took to get things worked out with our insurance. I recommend NRG to family, friends and neighbors without hesitation or reservation!

“M&M fixed the soffit on my roof while there was lots of snow! First they gave me a great estimate using a drone and taking about 10 minutes. They didn’t take 3 hours like others and did not say they had to redo the whole roof at $40,000 like others only fix for 1500$. They texted when coming and I didn’t have to even be home! Number one in my book for home repairs! You can’t even tell which it was and they fixed in less than an hour! Highly recommend them!!!!!!“

“We chose the guys at Waterman Brothers add approximately 600 square feet to our 1950's era ranch home. We received 6 different quotes from 6 different contractors. Their price estimate came in slightly below middle of the pack. Why I give them 5 stars is as follows:Their quality of work is absolutely beyond reproach. It's definitely a good sign when the building inspector says that he always see's the highest caliber work from them and is always impressed by it.They came right on budget (and we even upgraded a few things). How man contractors actually do that? Right? Crazy!They answered every question we had, and were even able to adapt to our crazy changes, like deciding to tile the ceiling of our shower (which look super awesome FYI!).The people they work with in specialty fields (Think drywallers, electricians, etc...) were equally talented and polite. Always a huge plus.All in all, these guys were absolutely awesome. Hands down.My only takeaway that would drop them maybe a half a star were as follows:If you want communication from them, you have to talk to them. They are a fairly quiet and humble bunch, and talking isn't their strongest suit. I suppose if you have to trade speaking skills for quality of workmanship, I'm sold.Lastly, they are a little dirty. Then again, we went through some agressive construction that blew out the back wall of the house. I suppose a little dirty is expected.Again, we're super happy with them, and would recommend them without any second guessing.“

I had a second floor deck that seemingly needed some minor repairs and after taking it apart Davies found major wood rot. They painstakingly removed all the rotted wood and replaced as well as rebuilding the deck. I couldn’t be happier with the job and highly recommend them for any home repairs or renovations.“
