I really enjoyed my experience during my last visit to this dental office with Dr.Ghani (I hope the spelling in correct) she took a different approach towards my dental care from the previous dentist I saw. Dr.Ghani did not recommend unnecessary treatment.
The staff at Smile Town were amazing. We had some confusion about insurance that they were able to take care of with no issues. My son and I were in and out within an hour after a thorough cleaning and X-Rays. Also, the office is decorated in a way that is inviting to children. Such a nice way to feel comforted before a dental appointment.
I needed an immediate appointment and the Smile Town team worked with my schedule, provided me all the necessary paperwork electronically so that upon my arrival, I could be seen immediately. They were able to consult with me and take X-rays to determine an appropriate path forward. They explained their recommendations, asked me if I understood the recommendations and provided me the appropriate referral. I am 100% satisfied with the service and treatment provided by Smile Town Dental, especially being that I was a first time patient. Both the Doctor and her staff made a trying experience more pleasant.
