Based on the reviews, Scene Cleaners is a small company that helps those in need with difficult cleanup situations. The team is described as compassionate, kind, professional, and amazing. They are reliable, trustworthy, and provide an amazing quality of work. The crew looks through things to make sure important or meaningful items are put aside. They are extremely friendly and hardworking, and they are very discrete and empathetic in dealing with challenging situations. The team puts people at ease and makes uncomfortable situations comfortable. They respond swiftly and professionally, coming out very quickly to start projects. The staff at every level is wonderful. Services mentioned include bio, water, mold, fire, hoards, and trash outs. The company offers great prices and kind staff. The team of Jaimie and Isaiah did a fantastic job of cleaning a room quickly. The entire team is described as all around good people. The company is highly recommended for any help needed, and they are considered a Level One mitigation solution.
So I was fortunate enough to work with Taylor to help deal with the left overs of an unfortunate mouse invasion. We’d had previous near by and local companies come in to deal with the problem, but regardless of how much money and people we’d had come in to look at and “fix” our home, people in the home kept feeling sick. Taylor sourced the problem in one visit. She came in and found the mouse poop inside our walls, AND IT WAS A LOT OF IT... LIKE RECORD BREAKING AMOUNTS, all the other local companies (even the ones we’d paid a lot of money to remediate) in less than an hour. She is a gem and this company is worth their salt. We had a death in the family and we didn’t know what to do with the family member things in the home. We didn’t have time with our schedules to get it done.
A friend of mine recommended me this company to use. She told me how compassionate they were and made sure all my concerns and questions were answered. They were so kind, professional, and all around good people! The crew that came out (Tom, Spencer, and Lucia) were amazing! They are all around great people! They are a small company that’s trying to help those in need, and they do it well! The entire team I worked with at Scene Cleaners was wonderful. I needed help cleaning out some decades-old abandoned areas in my parents basement and garage before getting ready to sell. They didn’t shy away from any ask I had, were extremely friendly and hardworking. Beyond that, they were very discrete and empathetic in dealing with a challenging situation. It can feel very exposing and vulnerable going through family things and the entire team put me at ease and made an uncomfortable situation comfortable. An added bonus was they were able to come out very quickly to get started on our project! Highly recommend reaching out for any help you might need!
