Russ’s Plumbing is fantastic! My 87 year-old Dad was having an issue with water in his basement. I called Russ‘s plumbing In the late afternoon and left a message. I received a text message from Angela later that evening and we coordinated having someone go to my dad‘s the next afternoon. The problem was fixed in one hour! Mike was great. He kept me updated and was so kind to my Dad.
Could not have asked for better service. The price was great too!
Highly recommend Russ’s Plumbing! Angela made scheduling super easy and was really helpful the whole way through. Russ came out right away to check things out and took the time to explain what he thought was going on—he even nailed the issue before opening anything up, which says a lot about his experience.
Angela got us on the schedule quickly, and Mike and his partner showed up right on time. They worked efficiently, were very professional, and honestly went above and beyond to fix the problem without adding unnecessary costs.
