Cannot say enough good things about the staff: friendly, professional, knowledgeable, skilled, receptive to questions and willing to take time to explain everything. Diane and Scott were compassionate and efficient when we needed them for an emergency on a Sunday night. We paid a lot for it, but Scott gave a detailed explanation of all charges and showed us their pricing chart so we could see how much more it would cost for a weekend after-hours job. He did no work before we agreed and signed, and we received a detailed invoice afterwards, something we have learned is not an industry standard. Dan was here today for an unrelated matter and was very thorough and honest, letting us know how we could improve something without trying to persuade us to do it. We never would consider calling anywhere else.
