We have used this company for air duct cleaning and found them reliable and polite. We then called upon them again since our air conditioner was not working properly. After considering whether to just put more coolant in our 18 year old AC we decided to purchase a new unit. A 2 man crew came and as they were updating the old air ducts it was discovered that there were holes in the chimney which would have resulted in carbon monoxide poisoning when the next heating season came. Thank goodness they checked this. They replaced this at no cost. Thanks for saving our lives.
Called a few days ago for a failed zoning damper on my furnace. Non emergency but was out within a couple days and even adjusted their schedule twice for us due to something coming up on our end. Friendly, professional and adaptive. Problem fixed on the first visit. Definitely would call for future needs should they arise.
