Our experience with Service Master was a good one. The participants were friendly and focused on their part of the restoration. It took longer than anticipated, but a good portion of delay was caused by us. All said, they did a good job.

I ultimately did not need to use Servicemaster because my insurance company is garbage and rejected my claim. But Servicemaster was incredible anyhow! When I called them about my basement flooding, they give me heads up about my insurance company and their experience in these situations, letting me know that my claim might get denied and cautioning me about hiring the company and case insurance wouldn’t cover it. I love the integrity of not just taking my money because they easily could’ve just charged me for work, but they have the consumer in mind too!
