The front desk is fast at registering patients into their new system and they are always friendly. The Medical receptionists explain insurance copays and deductible amounts when I visit. The back office staff is kind and efficient. I do not feel my time is ever wasted here. The providers are super knowledgeable and ALWAYS listen to what I have to say. I appreciate the respect they give me and my children. BEST URGENT CARE BY FAR!
This location really is awesome. I have a nasty sinus infection that stubbornly refuses to heal. I came in with fire dripping down the back of my throat, plugged ears, and copious amounts of goop clogging my nose and bronchioles. The receptionist was warm and friendly, and checked me in quickly. She and I lamented forgetting our personal masks, and she smiled while telling me hers had a little butterfly. Sweet.
The doctor I saw was informative and took the time to listen to my complaints, despite it probably being the 30th time today that someone with symptoms like mine had leaked and coughed and wheezed our way through explaining them. He was clear with his instructions...read full review
Dr Jeff is very prompt, helpful and great bedside manner! I’ve been visiting Physicians Immediate care for last four years whenever I’ve needed urgent care and very happy with their service .
