I’ve been visiting this urgent care for years, and I can confidently say they are simply outstanding. The staff is incredible, always hiring compassionate and skilled individuals. Nurse Caswell, in particular, is absolutely phenomenal-truly one of the most caring healthcare professionals I’ve ever met. The doctors are consistently knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely caring.
I’ve had experiences at other urgent cares in the area and have had to have issues corrected by other physicians, but that’s never been the case here. I went to this urgent care after suffering severe back pain the day before. First of all when I walked into the office, I noticed it was very nice. Absolutely no wait! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I didn't have to wait more than a couple minutes to be seen by a PA. Jeff Ure walked in to the room with a very calm and pleasant disposition. After I explained my problem, he showed so much care and empathy! I have never met a PA as wonderful as him! As a former RN, I knew what I needed. We saw Jeff and my daughter was very comfortable. The front desk staff are pleasant and the nursing staff amazing. They went out of their way to ease my daughters nerves. I will definitely return if needed for care on the weekend. Keep up the great work. Great faculty and impeccably clean. ✅
