My daughter had a bloody nose for 4 hours so we stopped at urgent care to have her looked at. They stuffed her with gauze and some medicine to stop the bleeding and monitored her while we waited. The whole time everyone we interacted with was very supportive and cheerful and made it a fun experience. Dr. Toby Rood was extremely kind and explained everything clearly and thoroughly, then printed everything out for us so we wouldn't forget anything. It was a wonderful experience overall.
I got in quickly, despite about seven people there. Staff was very kind , hospitable, and professional. My labs came back very quickly. Very happy with my experience there. I would reccomend them.
I broke out with a rash on vacation far from my regular doctor. From the receptionist to the woman who took my vitals to the doctor to the woman who checked me out, all the staff listened with a smile, and answered my questions with a smile. I was diagnosed with Shingles and the prescription sent. 10/10 Top Notch.
