Staff was great. Our nurse was personable and fun. Dr was very informative and the line of communication was clear. Check in to check out took 1 hour and that included an x-ray. Get in, get out, get on with your life!
My daughter had a bloody nose for 4 hours so we stopped at urgent care to have her looked at. They stuffed her with gauze and some medicine to stop the bleeding and monitored her while we waited. The whole time everyone we interacted with was very supportive and cheerful and made it a fun experience. Dr. Toby Rood was extremely kind and explained everything clearly and thoroughly, then printed everything out for us so we wouldn't forget anything. It was a wonderful experience overall.
