Andrew and his team at Wilks funeral home in Twin Falls were nothing short of amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would. They made a difficult process as pain-free as possible, and their mixture of compassion and their good nature just shone through with every interaction. I can’t thank them enough and I can’t oversell how great they were. They will take care of your loved one AND your grieving family in your time of need.
This may not be important to everyone, but Andrew made my mom look better than she has looked in 15 years. She could have been taking a nap.
Andrew and his team is amazing. Not only did I go into his business stressed as I was unaware that Serenity Funeral Chapel went under, he relieved that stress and made everything easy. Not only did he honor the contract that my mom already had, he made sure that I got information on places that can help me after the passing of my mom. When Austin and his partner came to my house to get my mom's body, they made sure that we had the time we needed with her before they left. It wasn't a rushed situation and respectful. Today December 30th 2025 is 1 year that my wonderful dad passed away at my home. Wilks had the daunting task to come in the morning to get him. They draped him with a beautiful American flag as he was a veteran. They treated him with so so much respect and compassion. I am forever indebted to you for the care and kind of my father. My entire family would like to thank you again. I received a lovely card in the mail today and I read it and it brings me such comfort as today is one year since my dad is gone but never forgotten 🥲 Buchko Family
