Five Stars – Pure Pixie Dust!

I without a doubt did the right thing by hiring Jones Media Team and choosing both Regina (photographer) and Kevin (videographer) to shoot our vow renewal in Orlando, FL. They both brought the energy and the hype, and they have the absolute best personalities. They were incredibly professional the entire time, and I had no idea that they had never worked together before my event! They collaborated seamlessly, bouncing ideas off one another and making everything even more perfect. They honestly didn’t feel like hired vendors—they felt like guests we invited who were having just as much fun as we were, while still staying completely on task.

To top it off, they are complete lifesavers. The night before our renewal, we hit a major hiccup. Due to a last-minute policy change at our Disney resort, our third-party vendors were suddenly not permitted on the property. With no other choice, I had to cancel our resort reservations late at night and move everything back to my parents' timeshare. I immediately messaged Kevin and Regina about the last-minute location change.

The next morning, they both showed up right on time and completely ready to go. Because we kept our original timeline, the new location meant we were a little farther away from the venue, but neither Kevin nor Regina ever made us feel rushed. We just pivoted, and they went completely above and beyond—even staying a little past their scheduled end time to make up for the chaos the night before. In the Disney world, we call that Pixie Dust, and they definitely brought it with them.

If I had to do this all over again, I’d choose them again and again. I can’t wait to see how the final photos and video turn out. Thank you, Jones Media!

Where do I even begin?! Jones Media was truly one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding day. From the very beginning, they were responsive, professional, organized, and so easy to work with. Every question we had was answered quickly, and they made the entire process feel effortless.

We used Jones Media Team, Parker and Ariana Jones, for our engagement photos as well as our wedding photography and videography, and they were absolutely amazing.
Parker did our engagement session, and that experience alone made us feel so much more comfortable in front of the camera. He made us laugh, feel confident, and just completely at ease. After that, I knew he was going to be great for the wedding day. The engagement photos turned out beautiful and were captured perfectly.
On the wedding day, Parker and his wife Ariana handled both our photo and video, and they were incredible. They once again made me feel so much less nervous, not just with photos but even with video being filmed. They were patient, professional, and so easy to work with, not just with us, but with everyone involved.
We’ve just received our video, raw clips, and full gallery and I am in love! Everything came out so beautifully.
I also want to mention Alexia, the wedding experience manager, who was so friendly, organized, and wonderful to work with throughout the process.

Wow! These guys are amazing! They did my wedding on January 3rd and their photos and video are fantastic! If you pick anyone for your photography, these are the folks you want. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! 100/10 best photography company!

Jones Media did an outstanding job covering our wedding events across the entire country. Their editing style was aligned with what we were looking for and their organization leading up to the event helped keep my nerves down as the bride.

My husband and I are beyond happy that we chose to work with this team for our engagement and wedding photos. As two people who have no idea how to pose for photos lol, Parker was great at giving direction and making sure every shot looked amazing. Our wedding highlight video was also beautiful and we feel that it captured both the sincerity and the excitement of our big day. All of our friends and family members who have seen the photos and video have commented on how stunning they are, and we can't wait to create an album with all of our favorites. We also received all of the raw footage that we asked for of our ceremony, our private vows, and our dinnertime speeches, which I'm not sure other companies provide, but we are so happy to have. Their prices were more than reasonable, and I feel that they took great care of us every time we were in the same room. Would recommend this team over and over again!

Working with Jones Media was so easy and smooth! During the introduction process, Parker was so detailed and patient in responding to our questions. From then on, the whole team has been super responsive. They really listened and delivered on what we wanted for our wedding day. We asked for photographer that can help with posing and can do a few editorial styles along with candid photos and they definitely delivered! Our photographer Miranda and videographer Pierre were so on top of things. Both of them made the day of wedding super fun and stress free. After the first 5 minutes I was already super confident that they knew exactly what we wanted so we were able to just focus on being present and let Miranda and Pierre guide us along the way. Afterwards Alexia is very transparent with the editing schedule and when we would get our photos so we weren't left guessing. If you are in the New Jersey area I 100% recommend going with Jones Media!
