On the Ball Plumbing did some work for us and a problem developed. Daniel and Darryl came right out and fixed the problem immediately, without any additional charges. They were so friendly and helpful! I was so impressed with their services!

About 3 years ago a couple of guys came out to give us a quote on moving our toilet and in the process they said that the old cast iron pipes had many small cracks and needed to be replaced. So almost all of the cast iron was replaced with new pvc pipes, the toilet was moved and they were on their way. Almost immediately we started having drain issues in our kitchen sink, nowhere else, just the kitchen.We thought it was just one of the few cast iron stretches left. Over the last few years it began to drain slower and slower until finally in the last 6 months it got worse. We had tried to handle it ourselves because we didn't want our landlords to have to pay even more...read full review
