Andrea was so kind to come out and take all the time I needed to look at so many carpet samples. It only took her a few minutes to measure a rather complicated layout, and it was measured perfectly.
I was SHOCKED by the amount of options she had in her van!!! But, THE BEST THING, was having the samples IN MY HOUSE! I have taken so many samples home (paint, carpet, tile) over the years, thinking I’d found the perfect one for my project…and then, when I saw it in my actual space, it was NOT GOOD! She connected us with Brian, a tiling expert with more than 20 years of experience. He came out, carefully evaluated the problem, and determined that the issue was not actually with the tile, but with the construction of the wall behind it.

We had a wonderful experience working with Floor. Coverings International of South Idaho. Our project was unique, we carpeted a shop to use for a business. With the concrete grade and other challenges, they were very knowledgeable, reliable and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right.
