Well I'll tell ya what...this man named Robert came out today to do a free estimate for my parents. I wanted to do the job myself but they insisted after hearing Robert speak so eloquently about the issue at hand. I personally sat with Robert and he explained everything to me about the issues that my parents were currently dealing with. We spoke the entire time and I learned about his life. Now "Robert" has a wife and two children and he was so professional I was just in awe about what a cool guy he was I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and I'll tell ya this...I want Robert to come address anything that's wrong in the future. The man came out same day I called and diagnosed the problem. Told me it was a Culligan system and couldn't touch it. No charge. After he showed me the problem I went to Grovers and got a replacement to fix myself. Again no charge for the time and housecall.Service: Plumbing leak detection
Keith was very quick to respond, on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and fair. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I felt like he really cared and I would recommend doing business with him to any of my friends or family.
