I don't know about this particular vet, but their unprofessional and unethical practice of forcing customers to pay $50 to schedule an appointment (that would be applied to services at the appointment), then not having an opening for 9 days. I was able to get my puppy seen sooner at another clinic. So called to cancel my appointment 2 1/2 days in advance. Asked for a refund of the deposit and they refused. Their office manager says she has to do what her boss says, and her boss says it is not refundable. Maybe they should let the receptionist know that. She told me it was to prevent people from no showing without notice. I did not do that. SO I have to pay for bad... read full review

excellent team of people that truly care for our pets!!! we love them! our pets love them!! and we absolutely know that you will love this magic valley veterinary hospital too!! we trust them and so do our fur babies!!!

Great vet, clean, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. We will be taking all our small critters here. One of our digs - a chihuahua mix rescue who is seriously mentally damaged and is skittish of people did so well here because the staff is amazing! The care here is so above normal we are ever so happy to be clients,
