I use physicians immediate care center as my go to urgent care. Every physician I have seen has been extremely knowledgable, skilled, and caring. I needed stitches on my face and they did such a quality job my scarring is barely visible. I have had nothing but great experiences with their staff. Sometimes I have had to wait a short time to see a provider but nothing unreasonable. In my opinion the quality of care is worth the wait. I will definitely continue to use PIC.

I can see now why they can build on million dollar property. They not only charge you to sit in the waiting room then they charge you for what you came in for and ask for your insurance card but don't seem to bill them. Would never go back an ER is more reasonable.

This place is a joke! My lady went here for a bladder infection, she unfortunately gets them regularly so she knows what they feel like.They said no you don’t have one we are not going to give you antibiotics….. went to another quick care antibiotics given bladder infection cured.Thank you for stealing my $30.

When I hurt my shoulder and needed medical attention I read the reviews from the top five Urgent Care groups and finally decided on Physicians Immediate Care and am I glad I did. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. After filling out the usual paperwork I was almost immediately taken to a exam room and was treated very professionally. I was able to get an X-ray and then meet with the PA, all within forty minutes. I was very pleased with all aspects of my appointment and would highly recommend this Care Center to anyone in need.

What a joke.. for 1 year I've been going to this facility as my primary doctor.. recommended by the state program.. every month they have been filling my prescriptions with no issues. As of today I was told that, Dr.pittard was not my primary doctor, as he does not do that..( rosa told me that). What I fail to understand is, why is it they can fill all of my prescriptions every month (acting as my doctor),yet today they hold 1 hostage.. (gabapentin). I have extreme nerve pain on the right side of my body. I've been taking this medication for 5 years.. they couldn't be bothered with the condition of the patient.. so be careful if you decide to use this facility.. you will definitely get the run around.. like I said..WHAT A JOKE..

Great staff! We only go when we absolutely need medical care. . .strep, flu, ear infections, broken leg (mom of 3 boys). Get in quick and always leave on the road to feeling better. 10/10 recommend them!

Wasn't my favorite experience called them to see if they could take of a dislocated shoulder. And they said yes so after already going to an urgent care that was closed we waited 30 minutes then after they said we had to go to the ER because it was dislocated....

I wish I had been advised of the side effects of the NSAIDS I was prescribed, I had to stop taking them two days after i got the Rx, please consider changing this about the way you practice medicine

Unfortunately, Physicians Immediate Care has forgotten the importance of customer service! The front desk receptionist was so impersonal I left. Want better service.... drive a few blocks down the street to St.Lukes Urgent Care.
