This company is now on their second job with me and let me tell ya, they go above and beyond! Cody and Hunter have been really fast, efficient and keep things clean and contained and their project manager Brian is Johnny on the spot answering all my questions and keeping my mind at ease. Super thankful for these boys and all the help they’ve given me on my home restoration projects!
We had water damage that resulted in having to replace our water heater and some interior flooring. Brian came over within an hour of my calling him and he had a crew working that afternoon tearing up flooring and starting the drying process. They were very professional and conscience of everything they did. They knew what the insurance company would require and had documentation for everything. They worked thru the weekend to get us so we could have some hot water and then proceeded to restore everything back to working order. Ivan came out to Mountain Home the same day I called. His company was unable to do the required work but he helped me sort out the situation and was able to point me in the direction of someone who could help me. Very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to call CTR in the future.
