After doing a dumb thing (backing my car into the closed garage door at my car dealer's shop following a routine oil change), I was referred to Caliber for getting the repairs done. They took care of the damage I self-inflicted in a very efficient manner, keeping me posted as to the status of the work they were doing. A situation that, frankly, "sucked", they made more bearable, and for that I am most grateful. Customer service front-desk staffers were nice, and the guy who did the appraisal was very open and descriptive of the work they would need to do.
