Recently my car was hit in a parking lot and the driver's insurance used Caliber as a preferred contractor to repair it. I was a little nervous having never used them before or heard anything about Caliber. Auto repair shops don't always have the best reputations. My concerns were soon relieved. The service was excellent and professional from the start. I received frequent text updates to my phone throughout the repair process. Initial estimate called for 7-10 days, it was done in 5.
