“Ron repaired a large part of our flood after water damage. The only wood I could find was used, and in bad shape. He fixed the damaged wood pieces and made them look like new and then repaired the floor. It looked brilliant. He also made a hardwood/carpet transition piece from wood that we needed to cover the hardwood edge after we removed a bedroom wall. We could not get anything bid enough or anywhere close to the right colour, so he made it. It looked fantastic. Excellent workmanship, reasonable prices and very nice people.“

“Managed to scratch my quartz countertop. After looking at box stores for an answer, I tried of few actual stores that do countertops. I ran into Theresa there and she was very helpful. I sent her pics via email, she followed up with a contractor, and someone came to the house. Contractor came to the house, did the job quickly, and left. The scratch is almost 100% gone and we are pleased. Great work.“

“Being a complete novice to renovating homes, and running into some bad contractors, my project was delayed by more than a year and a half. Even though it probably caused him some grief, Randy Walker of Out N About did me a huge favor by storing my 3000lb roll of carpet for that entire period and didn't complain about it. He also didn't charge me any extra fees on my quartz slab that took me a year and a half to pick up Francini, even though prices have risen substantially over that time. Overall I would recommend Out N About for tile, flooring, and stone countertops. They provide great service in selecting materials, have excellent communication and have a great deal of integrity.“
