Josh is very knowledgeable about roofing (and construction in general). My wife and I felt confident that we were getting a high quality roof that was installed correctly. He followed through to the very last detail (even after he was paid!). We highly recommend Citadel!

Called this company very close to closing time. Expecting a call back or maybe a consultation next week but Josh drove over immediately , assessed my roof after hours, and was able to problem solve some major issues I was having a hard time dealing with in no time. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, highly recommend.
Josh took on the challenge of a thirty two year dream of mine. I wanted an A-frame cover over my back porch. Josh not only came up with a gorgeous plan but completed both it and a whole new roof for me. He’s consistent, an extremely skilled craftsman, kind, almost to a fault and dedicated to doing an excellent, thorough job. He answered a multitude of my questions with patience and helped me learn a lot. Would very highly recommend him to anyone. Am so appreciative of the top quality job he’s done!! Would hire him again without a second thought and I am extremely picky about who does work for me. Thank you Citadel and Josh Biggs!!!
