We had an emergency with our bulldog on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago and not only was Shelley veterinary hospital not our pups regular vet, but Dr. Meissner and her staff were more than willing to help us when we needed them most. They got her all taken care of and our emergency was also a blessing. We have taken our English Bulldog all over Idaho Falls for numerous issues that we just can’t seem to get resolved, but after the information that Dr. Meissner provided and even prescribed our dog a new allergy medication, our pup is doing so much better… I’m so thankful that SVH was open on that Saturday.
Empathic, kind, and thoughtful. The ladies worked with us to get our pet seen. They were very considerate and empathic toward us and our situation and made our pet as comfortable as she could on her trip over the rainbow. They gave us the time we needed. They then sent kind word the following week. Over all just an amazing place from the time of scheduling to the time we took our pup home. Thank you Shelley Vet!!
Dr. Danielle Meissner and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful with my dog Skye. After a previous veterinary experience at my original vets office that was heartbreaking and left me being told that my dog would likely not make it and basically goodluck and goodbye, Dr. Meissner took the time to truly listen, actually get to the bottom of the problem, and help Skye get back to being healthy and happy when a short month ago I thought that wouldn’t be the case.
