I have been seeing Maia for several years for both physical pain relief as well as relaxation. She is approachable, sincere, and gifted at finding all the knots and tight spots. The heated table is dreamy (especially in winter!). I always leave feeling renewed.
Awesome skills. She is great at targeting troubled muscles and the conective areas. She has even helped figure out what small tasks I was doing that inflamed the issue essentially causing that problem to go way on its own. Also very knowledgeable has answered any questions I've had during the appointment.
It's a monthly treatment I am excited for everytime it comes around.
Maia has a very unique gift of being able to identify sources of muscular pain and constriction held within the body. She is adept at working with the body to provide relief that doesn’t just feel good during massage, but lasts long afterwards. I highly recommend her.
