I highly recommend Bluebird Home Inspection. Steve was great with communication and fast coordination of our home inspection. The report was clear, very accurate, and helped us get some things fixed prior to our home purchase. We also ended up needing some extra water tests that Steve was able to accommodate. With all actions he was fast, professional, and made the homebuying process much less stressful thanks to his detailed reports and support for our needs. I also appreciated that he offered IR scan testing during the home inspection, which some other highly regarded inspectors did not do--it gave me comfort knowing the house was well-insulated and no cold-sinks.

In a town that has some shady people out there Bluebird was honest and fair. His rates are amazing his best estimates even though he’s time and material are right on par with what he bills. Excellent communication and straight shooter. I will be using him again.
