Wonderful staff. The gentleman who pierced my daughters ears had some extreme patience. Took probably close to an hour for him and I to talk her into being ready for her second one. Cost of everything now days is high, so since she refused to just let me do it for her I firmly believe bleeding hearts was the best next option in our local area.

Love this place, the staff, and the owner. The shop is very clean and everyone is professional. I've received excellent customer service and quality work here. Plus really great chats while getting pierced and tattooed. I've gotten multiple piercings from Erica, she is very experienced, badass, and did everything like a breeze. I even brought my sister to Erica for her first ever piercings and it was a stellar experience, my sister walked in nervous and scared but walked out smiling and impressed.
