I took my 6 year old son here to have his hearing tested. The front desk staff was warm, polite, efficient, and friendly. Emily, our audiologist, shared these characteristics as well. She made my son feel comfortable with what was happening and explained things well. She provided me with documentation from the appointment and verified who I would like the results sent to. This was an excellent experience for me and my son.

Back in June, Both My ears were so plugged up with wax it was like I had ear plugs in. The lady audiologist cleaned out both ears and what a remarkable difference, I could hear again! She fully explained everything and how I could prevent wax buildup by using hydrogen peroxide to soak in each ear once every two months. The cost was very reasonable, staff personable and professional. If you have wax buildup, I highly recommend recommend this business. I cannot be thankful enough for a job well done.

This place was very friendly and fast. I like the fact that they are there every day for you in case you have a problem, question or need adjustments and repairs. They also tell you the pros and cons of different style hearing aides.
