We had the absolute privilege of having Sal in our home this week doing repairs to our mini-splits. He quickly diagnosed and remedied the issues and was so thorough and conscientious about his work. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge, competency, technical skills, and kindness and we are now back up and running again, thanks to him! Whatever Sal makes, give him more! That man is a priceless asset to this business and to the community. We will always trust Sal with any repairs we need and we thank Ray’s for seeing his value and hiring him! I recently had an issue getting power to the pump on my well. I phoned Ray’s and spoke with Becky and explained the situation. She scheduled an appointment with a technician for later the same day. I soon received a call from Joe and explained the problem. He was at my residence within a half hour and resolved the problem. He also checked the water pressure switch and made sure I had the right amount of air in the water tank. I was very impressed with everyone I spoke with and the service I received from Ray’s.
