Amazing. My system was backed up on a sunday in the middle of winter. Called the emergency # on their answering machine and Josh picked up right away. He was on his way until he talked me thru how to get the lid off as it was frozen (pour hot water on it!) and found i was plugged at the baffle, told me to poke thru it and worked - crisis avoided!! I do need it pumped so they are coming 1st thing Monday. Amazing service! Thanks Josh and Parkers Septic
These guys are on it! Over the years, they have pumped multiple tanks for me, replaced a couple of drain lines, checked alarms, cleared clogged drains, and, best of all, have always provided great customer service.
