Our experience with Budget Blinds was deeply disappointing, and I feel it’s important to share so others know what to expect. What should have been a straightforward process turned into weeks and then months of unnecessary delays and frustration due to a lack of communication and professionalism.
From the beginning, the owner, Chandler, repeatedly assured us that our blinds were on track and that updates would follow. Instead, we were consistently met with silence. Messages went unanswered, and we were left completely in the dark about the status of our order. Each time we reached out, we were either ignored orgiven vague promises that ultimately led nowhere.
The most unprofessional part of the entire experience was the way we were strung along. Rather than being upfront about delays or issues, Chandler allowed the process to drag on with little regard for our time or the commitments we had already made based on the installation schedule we were promised.
In the end, the lack of responsiveness and accountability made it clear that customer service is not a priority for this business. We expected better communication, better follow‑through, and a level of professionalism that simply wasn’t there.
I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision. If timely service and reliable communication matter to you, I would strongly recommend considering other options.

Got my blinds 8 years ago and they are going strong. Great service even came years later to fix a broken one.

Avoid at all costs. Product didn't come as promised. He's hard to contact and has no operational backup plan. He became ill and it took him over six months to install our blinds.

Budget Blinds is a great company to work with. We have had troubles getting contractors to show up when they said they would and it has been frustrating but Budget Blinds showed up 5 minutes early and our blinds came in a few days earlier than we were expecting. We are happy with our service.

I ordered my blinds in 2018 and they did a wonderful job. I had to have 4 windows replaced because the seals broke and I was worried about them getting ruined. I called and the owner came out the same day and pulled them down for me and came back and reinstalled them. Great company.

Found them in the phone book (I know old school). They did a great job. There was a small shipping issues (covid related) and they kept us updated on that and then did a great job installing our blinds. We will also use them for our cabin in Island Park.
