My 16 year old furnace went out on our cabin and I received a notice from my thermostat. Not knowing who to call, I sent a text to a roofer I know in Island Park. I called Bigfoot and they were able to trouble shoot the problem the same day. I ended up replacing the furnace and hot water heater — it was time. I didn’t receive a call when the project was done. However, when I called to check the progress they were super responsive. I have been able to check the home and everything is functioning well and looks great. The home was clean and I would have never known they were there. I believe I received value and I am super impressed with the personal attention.
